I watched the 11:30 PM episode of The Simpsons today, where Lisa Simpson breaks Ralph Wiggum's heart after Lisa gave him a Valentine's Day card and Ralph fell for her. Funny episode...overlooking the "Let's just be friends" part and the girl breaking your heart 'cause she's not interested in you. I wonder how Yen is doing, haha.
On the opposite end of the romance spectrum, today my senior film theory class watched a film by well-known director Wong Kar Wai, called Happy Together. What did I think of the film? It doesn't exactly kill the stereotype that most Asians are homosexuals...since the story's about two gay Chinese men who break up after taking a trip to Argentina. Woopty-doo.
